Track every post that uses your hashtag

1. Track your hashtags on Instagram and TikTok

Creators don't always tag you. But they often use your hashtag.

Now Unboxx can find those posts for you. Add your brand or campaign hashtags, pick Instagram, TikTok or both for each one, and we'll collect matching posts automatically.

• Track multiple hashtags at once
• Choose platforms per hashtag
• See which hashtag brought in each post

Why it matters: you catch the content you'd otherwise miss. Gifted creators, organic fans, all in one place, without scrolling hashtag feeds by hand.

Set it up in Settings under Content tracking. The number of hashtags you can track depends on your plan.

2. See who visits your gifting links

Until now, you saw who applied. Now you also see who looked.

Every gifting form now tracks visits. Open any form and you'll see:

• Total visits and unique visitors
• Where visitors come from: countries, devices and referring sites
• How visits turn into gift requests

Switch between the last 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days. Brand new links get an hourly chart, so you can watch a launch as it happens.

Why it matters: you finally know which channel sends creators your way. If your Instagram story drove 400 visits and your email drove 12, you know where to post next time.

Bots are filtered out. We don't store visitor IP addresses. Tracking started on 6 October, so older forms show data from that date onward.

3. A new Intelligence tab

There's a new Intelligence tab with two views: Creators and Content. It's one place to see how your creators and their posts are performing, without digging through each campaign.

4. No surprises on credits

When you add or refresh a post, the popup now shows the credit cost up front. You know what it costs before you click.

5. Smoother under the hood

Creator and content stats now update on a more reliable schedule. If one update fails, it no longer holds up the rest.
