A few more updates landed since our last email. This round is about the follow-up: knowing which creators still owe you a post, and making your gifting links look like your brand.
1. Reminders: know who hasn't posted yet
You send the product. It arrives. Then you wait, and it is easy to lose track of who posted and who did not.
Unboxx now keeps watch for you. If a gift was delivered 14 days ago and we have not seen a post from that creator, a reminder shows up on your Home page.
- Change the 14-day window in Settings under Preferences
- Add your own reminders on any creator or order
- Snooze, mark done or dismiss a reminder
- Got the post? Paste its link in the reminder. We track the post and close the reminder for you
Reminders also close on their own when a post comes in or the order is cancelled.
Why it matters: you follow up with the right creators at the right time, instead of checking every profile by hand.
2. Gifting links on your own domain
Your gifting form can now live on your own web address, like gifts.yourbrand.com.
- Go to Settings and open Gifting link address
- Enter your subdomain and copy the one DNS record we show you to your domain provider
- Click Check. Once it is live, turn it on and save
From then on, every link you copy uses your domain. Links you already shared keep working.
Why it matters: creators see your brand, not ours. A link on your own domain feels more trustworthy to click.

3. A board view for your orders
The Orders page now has a List and Board switch. The board shows every gift in five columns: Pending review, Approved, Shipped, Delivered, and Declined and cancelled.
Approve or reject right from the card. Shipped and Delivered update on their own from Shopify.
Why it matters: one look tells you where every gift stands and what needs your attention.
4. Creator and order pages, redesigned
Open any creator and you now see where you are with them: Selected, Gifted, Delivered, Content, Sales. Right below sit the numbers that matter: gifts sent, gift value, revenue, content and return.
Order pages work the same way. Follow each gift from Requested to Content, and see the posts and views it brought in.
Why it matters: you see what each creator collab actually produced, without opening five tabs.
5. Smaller fixes
- Fewer duplicate creators. If a creator you found in Discovery fills in your gifting form with a different email, we now match them by social handle and flag it for review.
- Clearer order errors. If Shopify refuses a draft order, we tell you which field it did not accept: email, phone or address.
- Archived creators stay put. They are now read-only, so their history stays clean.
- Faster Portfolio search. Search your posts by #hashtag or @handle.
